The Original Worm is a long lasting, sturdy recovery tool that will provide effective muscle and joint relief. The Worm is composed of 4 solid rubber balls encased in neoprene. The Worm's unique design targets 4x the surface area than typical therapy balls. The 4 ball design provides trigger point relief to muscles surrounding your spine without putting pressure directly on your spine. Same is true for shins, works the muscles on both sides of shins without putting unnecessary weight on the tibia. The Worm's flexibility conforms to your body contours unlike other stiff, rigid rollers. Great for plantar fasciitis as it massages the whole arch and edges of the feet.

Two Compact Sizes for all Your Body's Needs

2 compact, portable sizes allow for easy transport & use anywhere you roll! the 6.3 - (4) 6.3 cm lacrosse style balls, balls are a bit smaller and firmer than 7.0. Gets into the tight spots. More intense than; the 7.0 - (4) 7 cm solid rubber balls. Larger and slightly less firm balls. Great all around massage that covers more surface area than the 6.3. Both sizes available in Pink or Black.
